School Districts face insurmountable challenges - reducing absenteeism, continuously improving test scores, retaining talented teachers, balancing capital and operating budget needs, preserving assets and preventing property damage, and keeping facilities current with District growth or decline.  And doing all of this while creating a healthy and safe learning environment for the people who matter the most - our children.  High Performance Schools are imperative in order for our communities to thrive in the future.
